Rock Star Pets is excited to announce the launch of our monthly subscription program! This innovative system will help ensure that you are able to get the dog and cat foods and treats that you need every month. No more worrying about your dog food being out of stock! All you have to do is sign up for our subscription service and your food and treats will be held ready for you at the shop to pick up at your convenience.
Benefits to the Subscription Program:
- Greater reliability in getting the kibble, canned food, and treats that you love – freeze dried and frozen raw food coming to the program soon!
- Access to a much wider selection of products than we can carry in the store
- Set it and forget it! Once your subscription is set up, your food will automatically arrive to the shop each month, where you can pick it up at your convenience
How Does It Work?
- Register for the subscription program.
- Deadline to make changes, pause, or cancel your subscription is the first Saturday of each month. Payment will be automatically collected the following day.
- You will be notified when your order arrives at the shop.
- Pick up your order anytime you like!
Orders will arrive approximately the last week of the month – this can vary depending on how long it takes the delivery company to unload the boat, and will also be affected by holidays or bad weather.
Want to change flavors or bag size? No problem! Just be sure to make any changes by the deadline of the first Saturday each month. Payments will be processed automatically the following day.
Interested in a brand not included on the list? Let me know! If the brand is available from our distributor, I’m happy to get you into the subscription program! We have access to many other great brands such as Nutrisource, Pure Vita, Open Farm, Carna4, Orijen, Churu, Dr Marty, Farmina, First Mate, Grandma Lucy, Honest Kitchen, Stella & Chewy’s, Victor, Weruva, Ziwi Peak, and many, many more!
We plan to add freeze-dried and frozen raw dog and cat foods to our subscription program very soon, as well as bird and small animal foods and treats!
